EDUKASI RUMAH SEHAT TANPA ASAP ROKOK DI GAMPONG CEURIH KECAMATAN ULEE KARENG KOTA BANDA ACEH TAHUN 2022

Perokok pasif memiliki risiko gangguan kesehatan tiga kali lebih besar daripada perokok aktif. Di Banda Aceh, perokok di dalam ruangan tertutup sebesar 68, 37% dan asap rokok ini dihirup oleh perokok pasif. Upaya yang harus dilakukan berupa penyuluhan kesehatan. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengedukasi masyarakat mewujudkan rumah sehat tanpa asap rokok di gampong Ceurih Kota Banda Aceh. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pemaparan materi melalui power point sebagai sarana penyuluhan dan pembagian booklet edukasi rumah sehat tanpa asap rokok. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Meunasah gampong Ceurih yang diikuti oleh 20 orang masyrakat dari empat dusun (Pande meuh, Tgk dicot, Pusara habib, Podihagu) di gampong Ceurih. Tim PkM memberikan pre test sebelum kegiatan dimulai dan diakhir PkM dibagikan kuesioner post test dan bingkisan kepada peserta. Hasil kegiatan penyuluhan dan pembagian booklet dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta dengan nilai post test (48±17.2) dan nilai pre test (25.1±4.1). Keaktifan peserta sebesar 100%. Penyuluhan kesehatan dan pembagian booklet dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan peserta dan mengedukasi untuk menciptakan rumah sehat tanpa asap rokok di gampong Ceurih. Selain itu kehadiran empat orang kepala dusun dapat menjadi motivator dan penggerak terwujudnya lingkungan sehat dengan udara bersih di gampong Ceurih.

Passive smokers have three times the risk of health problems than active smokers. In Banda Aceh, 68.37% of smokers in a closed room are inhaled and this smoke is inhaled by passive smokers. Efforts must be made in the form of health education. The purpose of this activity is to educate the public to create a healthy house without cigarette smoke in the Ceurih village, Banda Aceh City. The method used in this activity is the presentation of material through power points as a means of counseling and distribution of healthy home education booklets without cigarette smoke. This activity was carried out at Meunasah gampong Ceurih which was attended by 20 people from four hamlets (Pande meuh, Tgk dicot, Pusara habib, Podihagu) in Ceurih village. The PkM team gave a pre-test before the start and at the end of the PkM distributed the post-test questionnaires and gifts to the participants. The results of the counseling and the distribution of booklet scores could increase participants' knowledge with the post-test (48±17.2) and pre-test scores (25.1±4.1). The activeness of participants is 100%. Health counseling and distribution booklets can increase participants' knowledge and educate them to create a smoke-free healthy home in the Ceurih village. In addition, the presence of four hamlet heads can be a motivator and mover for the realization of a healthy environment with clean air in the Ceurih village.
