Persepsi Kemanfaatan dan Kemudahan Pegawai Negeri Sipil dalam Melaporkan Kinerja Menggunakan E-Kinerja

E-Kinerja is used to guide employees in reporting, monitoring, and evaluating performance within a certain period using the e-Kinerja application. The purpose of this study was to examine whether the perception of usefulness and ease of use influences the interest of civil servants in Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency in reporting performance using e-Kinerja. Primary data was obtained using Google Forms as a means of distributing questionnaires via WhatsApp which was conducted from May 18 to 19, 2024 in 23 OPDs of Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, with the criteria being Civil Servants who had reported their performance using e-Kinerja. The collected and processed samples were 45 respondents. This study used the SmartPLS Version 4 application with SEM-PLS data analysis techniques consisting of outer model and inner model evaluations. The results showed that the perception of usefulness influenced the interest in using e-Kinerja, while the perception of ease of use did not influence the interest in using e-Kinerja in Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency. These empirical results indicate that civil servants in Ogan Komering Ulu Timur Regency perceive the benefits of using the e-Kinerja application, but find it difficult to use. The perceived difficulties include the unclear and difficult-to-understand interface, and the difficulty of using the e-Kinerja service due to the confusing interface.References
